Kairos Europe is a London based organisation active in the field of education and Erasmus+. The company’s mission is to provide quality training opportunities for youths and adults in order to improve their knowledge and skills and enhance their career prospects in various working fields. We currently have a wide network of cooperation with companies and organisations active both nationally and internationally.

Our two main areas of focus are the provision of professional development courses and the implementation of European Projects, mainly under the Erasmus+ programme. We also have broad experience in other types of European programmes such as the former Grundtvig Partnerships and the Leonardo da Vinci Partnership.

Within our first area of activity we host teachers, students and graduates from all over Europe wishing to make a work experience in the UK in different vocational areas. We organise professional development courses funded by KA1 under the Erasmus+ Programme for people involved in education willing to acquire new competences (linguistic, technical and practical). Our courses cover topics such as digital classrooms, interculturalism, school management, art and sports in education, social inclusion and entrepreneurship. Throughout the years we have also provided languages courses to students, educators and teachers interested in improving their English.

Regarding our work in the field of Erasmus+,  we have taken part in several international partnership projects with a particular focus on languages, IT, promotion of integration and equality, disadvantaged categories (migrants, unemployed, parents facing social and economic disadvantage) and entrepreneurship. We try constantly to bring together partners from around Europe to develop effective projects for sharing practices, discussing problems and finding new ideas and solutions to specific matters together. As a matter of fact, we are currently involved in more than 13 projects with partners from numerous European countries and always open to new projects and ideas.
